Studio Operations & Social Media Content Assistant

Location: niconeco Studio — Cross River, Northern Westchester County, NY
Schedule: Part-time, 2–3 days per week
Shift: 8 hour shifts

About the Role

niconeco zakkaya is looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Studio Operations & Social Media Content Assistant to join our studio and fulfillment team in Cross River, NY.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves stationery, journaling, crafting, photography, and creating beautiful content, while also enjoying hands-on, organized work behind the scenes.

The role is a combination of studio operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, and content creation. You’ll help make sure our online orders are packed accurately and beautifully, products and inventory stay organized, and new arrivals are thoughtfully captured and shared through our social media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill and carefully pack online orders

  • Receive, organize, and process incoming shipments

  • Assist with inventory management and product organization

  • Prepare and photograph new products

  • Create engaging photos and short-form videos for social media

  • Assist with Reels, Stories, carousels, and other social media content

  • Edit photos and short-form videos

  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and inspiring studio environment

  • Contribute creative ideas for content, product presentation, and storytelling

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet someone who:

  • Has a creative and crafty mind, with a genuine interest in stationery, journaling, scrapbooking, or crafting
  • Has a strong personal aesthetic and a good eye for composition, styling, and visual storytelling
  • Is comfortable creating content for social media
  • Has experience with basic photo and video editing
  • Is highly organized and has excellent attention to detail
  • Is motivated, reliable, and takes pride in their work
  • Is a natural problem-solver who can think independently
  • Enjoys collaborating with others while also being comfortable working independently
  • Has basic computer skills and is comfortable learning our inventory and order fulfillment systems
  • Brings creativity, curiosity, and new ideas to the team
